Thanks for the insights Salvatore! I still need to grow a bit to be able to run a marathon but halves don't scare me anymore. The same goes for some longer trail runs - that's my goal for 2022. It is true what you said about knowing the difference between being sore after a hard workout and feeling actual pain. I sometimes still tend to mix these two up. Good luck with your marathon, and I do hope you treat those plantar issues. I need to deal with one myself right now - but that's what off-seasons are about 😄
